Welcome to Sleeka. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website sleeka.co (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By placing an order, creating an account, or browsing the Site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent)
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

3. Products

Description and accuracy

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors, textures, and dimensions may vary slightly due to:

  • Manufacturing tolerances
  • Differences in screen displays and color calibration
  • Lighting conditions in product photography

Stock and availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit the quantities of any product
  • Discontinue any product without notice
  • Refuse or cancel any order if the product is out of stock or unavailable

If a product you ordered becomes unavailable after we accept your order, we will notify you and offer a refund or replacement.

Product use

Sleeka products are designed as compression apparel for everyday wear. They are not medical devices and make no medical claims. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have any medical condition that may be affected by compression garments.

4. Orders and Payment

How to place an order

  1. Add items to your cart
  2. Proceed to checkout
  3. Enter your shipping and payment information
  4. Review and confirm your order
  5. Receive an order confirmation email

Order acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. The contract is formed when we send you the shipping confirmation email, not the order confirmation.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) by default and may also be displayed in other currencies based on your location. Prices include applicable taxes where indicated, and exclude shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not apply to orders already confirmed.

Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Shop Pay
  • Other methods displayed at checkout

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Promotional codes and offers

  • Promotional codes are non-transferable and have no cash value
  • Only one promotional code can be used per order unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to cancel a promotional code at any time
  • Promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively to past orders

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times

Standard shipping times are 5 to 8 business days after order confirmation, depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery zones, costs, and tracking.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total. Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain threshold (displayed on the Site).

Risk of loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Customs duties and taxes

For international orders outside France, you may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country of destination. These are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all unworn, unused items in their original packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for the full procedure.

In summary:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU / UK Customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to support@sleeka.co before the 14-day deadline.

After withdrawal:

  • You must return the products within 14 days of notifying us
  • Products must be unworn and in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are at your expense
  • We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned products

This 14-day legal withdrawal right is in addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee (whichever is more favorable to you applies).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, designs, product names, and the "Sleeka" trademark — is the property of Febecom or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

9. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Site
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Impersonate another person
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
  • Resell products without our prior written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our products are sold "as is" — we make no warranties beyond those required by law
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, fires, floods
  • Acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest
  • Strikes, lockouts, labor disputes
  • Government actions, embargoes, sanctions
  • Pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies
  • Supplier or carrier failures
  • Cyberattacks or internet outages

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at support@sleeka.co.

For consumers

If amicable resolution fails, you may bring an action before the competent court of your place of residence (within the EU) or where you made the purchase. You also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

For other disputes

For non-consumer disputes, the courts of Évreux, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
