30-Day Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria (Strictly Enforced) To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Original Packaging: The item must be returned only in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
Condition: The item must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or show signs of having been opened or handled.
Return Fees > Please note that all returns are subject to a restocking and processing fee. A deduction of 40% of the original purchase price will be applied to all refunds. Shipping costs for returning the item are also the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
Sale items and gift cards (All sales are final).
Personal care goods (beauty products, etc.).
Custom or personalized products.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union (14-Day Cooling Off Period) Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds: Automatically processed on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 40% return fee.
Delays: Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
