We ship Sleeka products to customers worldwide, with a focus on the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, and the European Union. This policy outlines our shipping options, costs, and delivery times.

1. Order Processing

Once you place an order, here's what happens:

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Times

These are estimates based on average carrier performance. Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Carrier routing and capacity
  • Customs clearance for international orders
  • Public holidays in transit countries
  • Weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • The total weight of your order
  • The shipping method selected (if multiple options are available)

Free shipping promotions may apply to orders above a certain threshold or during promotional periods — eligibility is shown at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with tracking included. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

To track your order:

  1. Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  2. Or contact us at support@sleeka.co with your order number

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us — we'll investigate with the carrier.

5. International Shipping

We ship internationally. For orders outside the European Union (including the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada):

Customs duties and taxes

You may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by your country of destination. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you have questions about applicable duties and taxes.

Delivery delays

International shipments may be delayed by customs clearance. We have no control over how long customs holds packages.

Refused packages

If you refuse delivery or fail to claim a package from customs:

  • The package will be returned to us or destroyed (depending on carrier policy)
  • Original shipping costs and any return fees will be deducted from your refund
  • Customs duties paid (if any) are not refundable

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package:

  1. Check with neighbors — sometimes carriers leave packages with a neighbor
  2. Check around your property — porches, mailboxes, side doors
  3. Wait 24-48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely
  4. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  5. Contact us at support@sleeka.co if the issue isn't resolved

If a package is genuinely lost in transit (not marked as delivered), contact us within 14 days of the last tracking update. We'll investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging before opening
  2. Inspect the contents for damage
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sleeka.co with photos

We'll either send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.

8. Package Insurance (Optional)

We offer optional Package Insurance at checkout for $2.99. This covers:

  • Loss of parcel in transit
  • Theft from your doorstep
  • Damage to contents

With Package Insurance, we will replace your order at no additional cost in the event of loss, theft, or damage. Without insurance, lost or stolen packages may not be eligible for replacement.

9. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order:

  • Contact us immediately at support@sleeka.co
  • If we haven't dispatched the order yet, we can update the address
  • Once dispatched, we cannot change the destination

10. Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple items, they may ship together or separately depending on stock and warehouse logistics. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

11. Public Holidays

We do not process or ship orders on the following French public holidays:

  • January 1 (New Year's Day)
  • Easter Monday
  • May 1 (Labour Day)
  • May 8 (Victory in Europe Day)
  • Ascension Day
  • Whit Monday
  • July 14 (Bastille Day)
  • August 15 (Assumption Day)
  • November 1 (All Saints' Day)
  • November 11 (Armistice Day)
  • December 25 (Christmas Day)

Orders placed on these days will be processed the next business day.
