All orders are shipped from our warehouse and delivered directly to your door.

Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Delivery Times United Kingdom: 5-7 business days International orders are not available at this time.

Shipping Cost All UK orders include FREE standard delivery. No minimum order required.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (customs, weather, carrier delays). If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us at support@sleeka.co and we will investigate immediately.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. SLEEKA is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
